Clean gut part 2

I have now completed the Clean Gut diet and overall am pretty pleased with the results. I have lost about 15lbs in weight and I feel a lot better after cleaning up my diet a lot. I have noticed that I feel better in myself constitutionally and I have better clarity of thought. I feel that some of that may be due to a decrease in processed sugars. Foods that I used to enjoy now seem quite unpalatable and make me feel quite rough.
I didn’t follow the diet completely strictly as I had a couple of glasses of wine and beer over the weekends, but have continued taking a probiotic and digestive enzymes.
If you’re looking to try a cleanse I feel after trying it myself I could recommend it.
